Terms of Service

To participate in auctions, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A valid phone number

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4.1 Binding Bids: All bids placed through the Service are legally binding. By placing a bid, you commit to purchasing the item at that price if you are the winning bidder.

4.2 Bid Increments: Bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid increment as specified for each auction. The system will reject bids that do not meet this requirement.

4.3 Anti-Sniping: To ensure fair bidding, auctions may be automatically extended if bids are placed near the closing time. The extension rules are displayed on each auction page.

4.4 Winning Bids: The highest bidder at the close of an auction is the winner and is obligated to complete the purchase. We will notify winners via email and/or SMS.

4.5 Bid Retraction: Bids cannot be retracted once placed, except in cases of clear error or technical malfunction, at our sole discretion.

4.6 Identity Verification: We use phone number verification to ensure bidders are real persons. Failure to verify your identity may result in bid rejection or account suspension.

5.1 Payment Obligation: Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the auction details or as communicated by us.

5.2 Payment Methods: Payment is processed through our external payment provider. We may forward your phone number and minimal required details to facilitate payment. We do not store your card or bank account details.

5.3 Payment Failure: If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the transaction and offer the item to the next highest bidder
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Pursue legal remedies for breach of contract

5.4 Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion or as required by law.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe auction items. However:

• Items are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of all descriptions, images, or specifications
• You are encouraged to ask questions before bidding
• Donated items may have wear or imperfections typical of their age and use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in bid manipulation, shill bidding, or collusion
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bidding rules
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots) to place bids without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11.1 Service Availability: We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If negotiation fails, mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed
3. As a last resort, the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction
